BEGINS 9/30. with Donna, 9-10:15 am. Wonderful Yoga PLUS optional 10 minute meditation at the end! Through SAFE stretching, breathing and yoga postures; we will mobilize joints, strengthen and release tension in the back, neck and shoulders and tone virtually every muscle in your body. We will continue to melt stress with the peace of a deep relaxation. Begin your week feeling even better! Mixed level class; not suitable if you have a current injury.
