WINTER WEATHER CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:

Class cancellations will be announced on the phone line message (781) 349-8139 and on the Spectrum Yoga Facebook page, and IF POSSIBLE there will be an email blast sent out. Morning classes will be called by  6:30am, afternoon classes by 1pm, and evening classes by 4pm.

Each pose is modified for different levels, making this class suitable for beginners as well as practicing yogis. Class concludes with a few minutes of calming meditation and relaxation.
